In March 2008, we unveiled our new Hilton Executive Health Club. The facility is a full service spa and fitness center that serves both our hotel guests and our publicly available memberships. The Health Club features a pool and hot tub in addition to our fitness center.

We are equipped with state-of-the-art Precor exercise equipment including cardio machines featuring digital read outs and programs. Each piece of cardio equipment comes with the Cardio Theater System that allows the individual exerciser to watch his or her favorite television program utilizing a headset that leaves the exerciser free from outside noise and distractions.

Our lower level features a variety of Precor strength training equipment. Machines that target specific areas and perform singular functions along with several machines upon which a multitude of exercises may be performed. To provide variety in the types of exercises that can be performed we also have available stability balls, bosu balls and a series of medicine balls.

It is and has always been our goal to provide a friendly, non-intimidating environment. An environment in which individuals can feel comfortable exercising and pursuing the benefits of getting into and maintaining good health.
